Just went here to get a quick bite to eat. They were not busy and cashier saw me as he was talking to drive through window cashier. Waited as they talked and waited. Cashier comes to me and they continue their conversation as I’m trying to order and was ignored.Need to do better when customers are waiting.
The guy taking orders on 10/15/23 was incredibly rude and rushing. Gave me a drink that wasn’t completely full, another with the lid half way off and it spilt all over me. He did nothing to make it right. Didn’t take down our order right and messed up my kids meals. He also wasn’t wearing a name tag. Probably so that we wouldn’t be able to name him. Anyway, just a bad experience and I didn’t appreciate his attitude towards us and other customers.

I arrived around 06:00pm. Around 6:32pm, one person asks about my order. I told her, I don't receive my food. She told me" Sorry, but they forgot your order. OMG, I can't believe this type of service is this restaurant. ?. I was so upset ? with this place. They should get a new leadership and competent personnel that cares about customer satisfaction.
