“I had a really great experience at Denny’s, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Ice. From the moment we were seated, Ice was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. It was obvious that providing good customer service wasn’t just something they were doing because it was their job—they genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience.

Ice was very attentive throughout the entire meal without ever being overbearing. They checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and were quick to address any questions or requests we had. Our drinks stayed full, our food arrived in a timely manner, and Ice made sure everything was correct and satisfactory. Those little things make a big difference when dining out, and Ice handled everything extremely well.

What stood out to me most was Ice’s professionalism. Even when the restaurant was busy, they remained patient, respectful, and positive. They handled everything with a great attitude and never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Ice was also very personable and friendly, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s not often that you come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work, but Ice is definitely one of those people. Their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. They represent the kind of employee that any restaurant would be lucky to have on their team.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at Denny’s, and Ice deserves a lot of credit for that. The food was good, but the service is what really made the visit memorable. If management sees this review, I hope they know what a valuable employee they have in Ice. Their hard work, professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed.
