So let me say the beans definitely a 10.Now the meat the sausage was OK didn't look like it had been on a pit and the Brisket was very fatty the service was great 👌 I will try again the one in Harker heights tx
Preface: BBQ in Texas is held to a higher standard due to the abundance of BBQ restaurants.
Open seating and walk up ordering that resembles Mission BBQ (a chain bbq restaurant) Very clean inside and the guy working the counter was friendly, polite and helpful. I ordered the 3 meat plate with 2 sides. Brisket, ribs and regular sausage. My sides were cheese bacon potatoes and coleslaw.
Sides: the slaw was pretty much standard, fresh and nothing crazy....

Pork burnt ends: 4/5 - pretty tasty, some were moist but some were tough but overall would get this again. It’s pretty sweet so I would get something that’s not as sweet to balance it out.
Pork ribs: 2/5 - has a little strong flavor but it’s not bad at all but it was pretty cold and could’ve been better if it was actually warm.
