“Update:
I went back and had my order remade after a few weeks and as soon as I ordered it the manager knew exactly who I was and quickly fixed my order. I have to say what an improvement! It was delicious and perfect! Not only that he came out to my vehicle to explain and apologize. This is how customer service is supposed to work! Big thank you to him for his dedication and care. We will definitely continue eating here.
I went to sonic on Adams. I asked for onion rings with three times extra cheese with barely any chili and this is what I got. I did call up there and they said they would make the order right what baffles me is why couldn’t they do it right in the first place and they did charge me three times for the cheese and once for the chili so I did pay for three times extra cheese it’s ridiculous“
“Always love sonic, but this location was outstanding. My food was warm and delicious and the service was excellent. The car next to me had a problem with being overcharged and the server took her receipt in to get it corrected. When she return the server let the person know that her food was comp for her inconvenience. I was happy to hear that they cared that much and wanted to help. It really made me want to return. On top of that they were getting people in and out.“
