After driving and hiking all day, I must say this pizza REALLY hits the spot. Highly recommend. The restaurant is part of the country club, but they take orders for those unaffiliated as well. This pizza joint was perfect!! Recently graduated from grad school, had a birthday, and what better way to celebrate than a week at the Lajitas resort? This pizza place is small, so the menu is also a bit limited. However, you are in west Texas, the middle of nowhere, any menu is a blessing. I didn't taste the pizza because of the 40 minute wait but I was really confused by this place. It's on the property of the golf resort and seems as though it's for the guests staying there more than it's a public place. It's WAY smaller than it looked online. That being said the blue berry muffin and HUGE cinnamon roll were very very good. The fruit in the fruit cup were fresh as can be and very good.
