“Very good place except that in this weather it is cold but the food is very good

Vegetarian options: I don't think they have a complete menu but they do.

Parking: Well, I don't know if there was bread and jalapenos because that was what we were missing.
For the next time we would eat there again but as a good Mexican we would like you to have chili peppers (jalapeños)

“I travel all over the Texas triangle for work eating at the top 50 best BBQ restaurants plus other BBQ restaurants and this restaurant is very good. Out of all TX BBQ restaurants, this restaurant has my number 1 large chop beef sandwich and number 1 pinto beans which are free when dining in and number 1 loaded baked potato with chopped beef. The turkey and chicken are top notch. The BBQ sauce is top 5 for me. I have eaten here dozens of times.“

“I give a 4-star rating on the food only because I love French fries as my side, and it's hit/miss if my fries are a little soggy. I order extra crispy, and about 1/2 the time they are, and unfortunately, the 1/2 they are not. The brisket has a nice smoked flavor, and the turkey is always nice and moist. They offer several good BBQ sauces, and I always enjoy the free sliced onions, baked beans, and jalapenos. The only place in Texas where you will find beverages at $1.29! Kudos to Big Jakes!“

“Just stopped in Texarkana on our way home from Spring Break. Jonesin’ some brisket and found this place down the street from our hotel. Carry out order was extremely fast, server was exceptionally friendly, and the FOOD… THE BEST BRISKET! Our kids destroyed the burnt ends and love the Mac & cheese! 1,000,000 stars out of ten!“
