“We odered a #18 and a #33.... got the food and noticed we didn't have everything.... went back in and told the guy at the counter and he says that's the 34.... I said ok, but I ordered the 33....he shows me the receipt and says see there, we gave you the 34.... I said ok, but I didn't order a 34.... and he just kept saying but we gave you the 34 and I finally said so it doesn't matter WHAT I order, only what you give me?? Never changed it for me....i loved eating there, but won't eat there anymore....“

“A pleasant surprise and restored goodness experienced at this Cracker Barrel. Our meal was very good, delivered hot, and the Manager and Food Server were very attentive. They ensured we had a good dining experience! This could have been our last visit to CBOCS since over the past couple of years CBOCS's food was sorely lacking in preparation and taste. Well done Cracker Barrel!“

“5 stars for experience. 4 stars for some of the food. Super excited to try it but when I dug in it wasn’t the absolute game changer I thought it would be. Is it good yes, but it’s for a target audience I’m just not one of them. I will say the customer service was spectacular.“
