At one time I frequented this Subway but it has been many a year since my last visit until last week. Lok all things prices had increased dramatically. But that is not Subway's fault but the economy. Went in today and was promptly greeted (great!) When I stepped to the counter to order I see a sign that says ," We won't serve RUDE customers, put your phone away"... the employees stood over by the drive thru talking at length about personal business, while I waited to be helped. There was nobody else there (customers) yet I had to wait, patiently, as they talked and took a while to come help me. They looked at me, knowing I was there. They need better service.

Placed an online order for a Turkey Italiano sub that was supposed to have pepperoni and genoa salami with the Turkey but recieved a turkey only sub. They didnt say they were out of any of the other ingredients, so I guess they just didnt read the online order correctly
