“We ordered a big order for our Ramadan Iftar and Shajee was incredibly accommodating. He gave us a great deal for our student organization and was in constant communication with us to ensure that the food arrived in time for the masjid to set up accordingly. He even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Inshallah we will order from him again in the future“

“The food is good. But they don't seem to have the concept of being ahead of the curve on what is cooked. A couple of years ago I had a serious problem with a piece of chicken and had an quite a debate with the manager on that particular topic rather than just fixing it literally the chicken leg I got had so little meat on it that it looked like it had been. Lately they seem to be a little better but it says though they really need to think ahead a little bit and I'm not sure eaten and they just freed the bone the manager was not willing to exchange it. Lately they seem to be better the food is good they need to stay ahead of the curve and I will be back“

“Food was good, I watched As my order was prepared. The workers seemed to be having an off day, not so friendly. Several people were given wrong items in their orders, as did I receive the wrong side items. Several drive thru orders were affected this way. As we were sitting inside dining there were plenty of returns and the sides were just returned to the stand for the next order's requirements. Restroom was out of order. Drink machine needed help! Every drink was pretty much nasty except for the water and tea.

Parking: Go inside if wanting/needing to eat here and check your order before leaving or you might end up disappointed.“

“Hello this is going to be my review here we go. I remember i go here a lot of times and sometimes they give me the wrong order and when I got my food the burger it was a different bread and it made the burger little bad and I was like erm what the sigma ??. I didn’t go back so I did ate. Now the breakfast when I get my food I get orange juice and hash brown it was good but they gave me the wrong order again.. and I say erm what the sigma ??. It was good but I give it a 4 star ⭐️ that my review :)“

“They made me wait 10 min at the speaker. (Thought they forgot about me) When she finally answered me I asked for a 16pc. They didn't have enough!!! I have never been here & had a good experience. I was praying that by it being Friday and the High School football game is right across the street..they would do better.
Honestly...this place needs to close down or sell to someone who truly wants a business. Just like last time I was here...I ended up at Popeyes!

“I don’t buy for myself here, but often order for my DooDash clients. They are fast, and from the amount I buy here for my clients, this is great quality food, and drinks with their highly requested Cane’s ice for their drinks. I don’t believe they have vegan, perhaps vegetarian menus here. Just the market share they chose. Not my kind of food I love to eat, though. And I’m okay with that.“

“The food is pretty good. The fish is excellent. The incense they burn in this place is disgusting. I want to smell food while Im eating...Im not meditating and dont like the smell of burning deodorant. I know they work here and are sick of the chicken smell but this is about customers with money. That does not mix. Burn that crap at home. Im sticking to Texas City Hartz which has more options and cheaper without the weird smell.“

“Yesterday I had came with a friend and ordered the pimento chicken sandwich, only to find out when I got home that it was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I returned the next day and let the manager on duty know of the issue and they managed to fix it promptly and professionally, making sure my chicken sandwich was fresh and served with a smile. The pimento chicken sandwich is the main reason why I come to chick fil a and today will be my last hora due to my new dietary restrictions as I transition to vegetarian. and even though it was a small gesture of service recovery, it really meant a lot. I didn’t catch her name but she was a very pretty older lady with beautiful silver hair and kind eyes and once again I would just like to say thank you <3“
