Domino's Pizza in The Colony

“I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your store today. I stopped by to pick up my pizza order, and Bre kindly informed me that she had accidentally forgotten to turn on the pizza warmer, which caused my pizza to be cold. However, she immediately took responsibility, sincerely apologized, and offered to remake my order without hesitation.

What truly stood out to me was Bre’s attitude!! She was so genuine, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it reflected incredible customer service and care. I had driven 30 minutes to visit this Domino’s because of the great reviews, and now I completely understand why.

Bre absolutely made my day. I’d been having a rough one, and her kindness and positive energy turned it around. Because of her, I’ll gladly make that 30-minute drive every time. She’s a true asset to your team, and I hope she’s recognized for the excellent service she provides.
