Came in on a Saturday 12/2, was a tad bit busy and was greeted by a nice lady named Jenifer I believe, I had placed a mobile order for pickup that included one drink . there were several orders ahead of mine but she made a point to not have me waiting for one drink. I stopped by this location on my way to the airport this weekend and this young lady was so cheerful and professional in my needs that I was completely blown away. She did everything over and above including bringing our order to us at the table in the dining room . Jennifer was running around doing so many things at once yet but still able to accommodate me and my family / I will come back to this location when I’m in the area again after this experience !

The drinks were good but service was not jolly. The cashier or barista that was helping me was Brittney she was not happy to serve me it was early morning maybe she was still waking up but I did not know my presents was such a bothered she rushed me to order, I left Dunkin like I needed to apologize for showing up so early. I also noticed her hair was down hopefully I didn't scarf down a piece of her hair.
