Just went through the drive through for a small salad (Fuji apple) and had the nicest experience! First of all, everyone is always so nice and efficient. I couldn't reach the tip box so I asked the nice window guy if he could place it in the box, which he did. Then, he gave me a yummy lemon drop cookie! How kind was that?! Made me smile and made my day.?
