I went to the Popeyes in the colony last night (03/20/24) after placing and order on the app. Mind you I always use the app because they’re so slow in the restaurant. Got there at 10:30 pm and the drive thru attendant said we’re out of everything and he couldn’t fulfill my order. He told me sorry and that was it. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers top-notch service with friendly staff. The spicy chicken is a must-try, always fresh and juicy and good. The team is outstanding. The manager and all the members on board were doing everything they could to provide the wonderful Popeyes flavor. The manager was excellent, extremely kind, and made sure to correct the order. While the menu can be confusing for a first time person, the location stands out for its consistency. Popeyes is highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
