The prices went up from the menu that was posted under a review. $16.95 for oyster Rockefeller as opposed to $10.95. Below is the menu I thought I was getting. I was upset about the price difference but stayed to see if the food was worth it. It wasn’t. The service was fine. I don’t blame him. There was only one server/bartender and hostess, so 2 front of house employees. The food quality and service is not there to justify the prices. Will not be going back.
1st time trying cooked oysters, they came highly recommended, and they taste great. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. The location is great. It is small on the inside and can get loud. The boil was garlic heavy, but the shrimp and crab legs were fresh and sizeable.
I decided to order the catfish po boy & a shrimp po boy for my wife. The portions were generous. The catfish was crisp and flakey inside with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and mayo. The fries were cooked to my liking, which made the perfect taste & bite. I'll definitely be back to try something else..
