Blueberry Ube Matcha was amazing!
As a veteran, I’m repulsed by all of these reviews complaining about not getting a free coffee. We didn’t serve to get free stuff and then bash businesses who don’t offer anything. I, personally, am beyond pleased with the services offered at this location. CO has been the best bank I’ve ever worked with, including USAA. Keep up the great work Capital One! Capital One Café is a welcoming and clean facility located inside The Woodlands Mall. It is not an ordinary bank but a space designed for banking reimagined. Upon entering, guests are greeted into an elegant and welcoming atmosphere with nice lighting, furniture, and colors. The space is ideal for relaxing, catching up on work, or enjoying time with family and friends, as it offers Wi-Fi, various seating options including comfortable sofas, private nooks, and conference tables, and even some table games.
The café serves a consistently fantastic cup of coffee and other drinks like an iced Americano. It also offers an all-day food menu with decent food quality. A key highlight is that Capital One customers receive a 50% discount on most drinks when paying with a Capital One card as a small thanks for being a valued member. However, all are welcome regardless of membership, and no one pressures guests to become bank members.
Alongside the café, customers can handle their account needs on location. The staff is super friendly, helpful, efficient, and kind, always willing to assist. The counter is bright and clean with a modern design. With over 60 U.S. locations, the Capital One Café is a great space for both refreshment and banking in a very cozy atmosphere.
