Came in after a long stressful workday. Just wanted something easy, simple, hot and ready to eat before having to head back into work in eight hours. I didn’t come in overtly cheery, but Mario worked with that and turned a transaction that I thought would be inconsequential into a genuine pleasant interaction that made me leave the location with a smile and a giggle. Mario is amazing worker. This kid deserves a raise with how well he deals with such a large volume of customers. Such a professional young man and very well versed in customer service.
