You have very poor service. I ordered a number one with cheese in the drive through and I verified before I payed, got home and no cheese. This is the second time this has happened. You need people that pay attention to orders and that can speak the language.
With the app sometimes like today they have specials, today is the Whopper for 37 cents
Do not recommend this BK store at all. The very expensive Impossible Whopper was served COLD (Refrigerator Cold). I called Customer Service to complain about the food. They said a store representative would call me. 4 days later nobody has called. Called Customer Service again today and was told my case was closed as completed by the store representative even though I never got a call. Customer Service re-opened the case and escalated the case.
