we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
STAY AWAY. Absolutely refunded my order just now and will not be back. Was looking for cheap and quick, was anything but. Ordered at 3:30pm to be ready at 5pm. We arrived at 5:06 for our TWO pizzas (pepperoni and cheese)… they weren’t ready. We were told it would be 20 minutes. No apology, just told “yeah Fridays and Saturdays are bad here for us and the customers”.
