Until this person is fired, I don’t think anyone should go here to this location. I grabbed a tea earlier today, as I have many times in the past, and I always make sure I get a receipt to scan it for points. I asked the cashier for my receipt for points and she told me that she can just scan my app after I pay. Yesterday me and my daughter came in to get a tea during happy hour. We both tried a few different teas, the sweet coconut was fermented, my daughter ended up getting her usual, the blueberry green tea. We get down the road and she tells me that her tea tastes weird, so I tasted it and it was fermented, she said that it didn't taste that way at first.
