I come here every time I have a need for my Red Fish fix
Los Arcos has that fix in several different styles that are all fabulous!
Tonight I was a bit perplexed because they were out of Red Fish (Huanchinango) so I then reevaluated the menu to find that they had another of my favorites on the menu
Birria (Kid Goat) estilo Jalisco is what I found to be my next Arcos favorites!!! I found myself sipping the caldito from the Birria like a was tea or something!!🤣🤣🤣
