Today I had to wait an hour for a 20 minute order. That’s what your application told me… 16-20 minutes. Something needs to change. It’s always way longer than the customer is told.
The employees are working and very friendly, but apparently the equipment is not adequate!
This is the slowest place I’ve ever ordered food for. It took over an hour to get my order that I placed in advance so it would be ready when I left work.
If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. If they forget an item and you let them know they will call you a "Lying B-tch", and still make you pay for the item they had not filled. Manager was not helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving any issues. When asked for GM they state it is Mrs. Coleman. Would like a response on how this behavior had been reprimand.
