“The food was great the portions were large everything was made fresh we came at a time right between breakfast and lunch menu change so our party had both and everyone was excellent everyone was kind and the volume of customers was low so our food was brought to us promptly and it was made fresh. My only suggestion is perhaps have some males routinely check the men's bathroom for soap or working towel dispenser and for the floors to be cleaned the bathrooms are private the bathrooms are well kept. Unfortunately on this visit those are the suggestions I have for the bathroom however everything in the lobby and as far as I could tell on the grill or kept tidy and kept neatly and cleanly. I thank them for their kindness and service on the way out and I could tell that it was appreciated.

Parking: The parking lot is well kept. No rubbish or debris (as expected in a rural place). The condition of lot is in proper order, they might need a little paint but there is no uneven or broken concrete.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and I would suppose both men and women's bathrooms are easily accessible. As far as the men's it is a private bathroom with adequate sink and railings. In my honest review.“

“Blackhawk Creek in Whitehouse serves up delicious steaks, chops, salmon & burgers. It is also an outdoor music venue with artists, tribute bands and more. They grow aquaponic greens for salads. Their steaks are expertly seasoned and grilled as ordered. The shrimp cocktail was flavorful but shrimp were very small. Our friends' Wagyu sirloin was OUTSTANDING! They only serve the Steak House Menu on concert nights, so this limitation should be noted if you're dining before a show. The Burger Menu offers more appetizers, salads and smaller bites, which is a plus for light eaters. Ryan our server did a great job with ordering & drinks. The ambiance is a bit sparse, which isn't a negative, it's just not a wow factor. This was our second time, and we will return....for the burger menu!!!“

Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Went today. The qr scanner didn't word to redeem my coupon. Still got the $7 meal, but didn't get the spoon for the purchase. Went home to scan the QR code and this is twice it's a bogus link and does not come up DQ to complete the feedback“

“I would have gave a five-star all the way across the bar except my grilled cheese I always get grilled cheese with bacon, and I cannot lie dairy Queen beat y'all the toast was not buttery it was very dry, the bacon tasted very old. But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. I hate that if you use a debit card you cannot tip your employees! I never carry cash and that man deserves a $10 tip on my $20 order thank you Eli for putting a smile on this tired customers face“
