The ice cream tastes incredibly fresh. The waffle cone came warm and crisp, with that buttery aroma that makes you pause before the first bite. Cookies and Cream is packed with chunks, Strawberry tastes like actual fruit, and the Chocolate Almond has the perfect snap. The shakes are thick enough to stand a spoon, and the banana split is generous and balanced.
Only go here now for the ice cream. Both times I have gotten the chicken strip dinner, the gravy was brown and looked like it had been sitting in that warmer since the morning shift. And the fries were stale and overly salted.
Nice & Clean! I dropped by there to pick up Milk, tomatoes, lettuce, sandwich meat & cpl other items and was in & out faster than a New York Minute! Not bad for a Texan 😉
