I went into drive thru and I ordered spicy chicken clubs. They said it would be 10 minute wait. No problem, I agreed that was fine. When the order was brought out to my car they were entered in as crispy chicken clubs. Okay, so I went in and let them know my order was incorrect and simply asked for spicy sauce. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and offered to remake the sandwiches however I had already waited for 10 minutes and was told that they do not have...
Food was good. But if I wanted to wait 16+ minutes for a hamburger I would have went to a restaurant. Lack of urgency reflects on management and owners. I was the only one in the lobby.
Braum’s is always a treat! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, from their juicy burgers to their creamy ice cream. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. I especially love their seasonal specials and classic favorites—there’s something for everyone. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick, satisfying meal or a sweet treat!
