Holy cow! Today was our first time trying Delightful Food Company after discovering them at the Rose City Farmers market and we are forever fans now! Delightful Food Company is not a standard bakery. You may order their pastries for pickup, but must order a full dozen of your selection. Delightful does sell their baked goods to area restaurants and coffee shops, and has an occasional "pop-up" appearance at area vendors; the perfect way to taste test their wares. I have sampled delightful baking company periodically since June through different functions with family and friends. Their lavender blueberry scones were my first introduction, and I was amazed at the flavor combination and bake! A baby shower I helped host served their pumpkin cheesecake muffins, and those are positively delicious. I would seriously ask for that recipe to be my birthday cake forever. SO GOOD.
