“We really love Andy’s. We like the fact they launched an app to track rewards. We can also upload cash to the app and pay with the app. This comes in handy if we have been walking the trails and want a quick treat and we don’t have our wallets. However, not all employees are trained on how to take payment from the app. On numerous occasions we have been told “I don’t know how to do that”. Tonight we were actually told “you can’t use the app to pay”. When I questioned further she said “I don’t know how to do it, so you can’t use it”. Why couldn’t she go ask someone how to do it?“

“We were at Bahama Bucks tonight, and as always, the staff went above and beyond! Camila helped us out this evening, and she was so friendly and welcoming.
