“If you are looking for a place with good southern and soul food. This is your place. The menu changes daily so I would recommend calling ahead. They do serve smothered pork chops daily. Love the meatloaf, fried chicken, salmon croquettes, cornbread, mashed potatoes and greens. Must try the german chocolate cake and you got have some of that Grape Kool-aid. Food is presented cafeteria style. Table space is limited.“
“I always like eating breakfast at Denny's. I enjoy their coffee, but I wish they would bring back the hazelnut creamer ?. This one in Jacksonville, Texas, is pretty good. The service was okay, had to wait for coffee refills, even though it was between breakfast and lunch. The food is always good and for the prices, you can't beat it!“
“Highly recommend! I feel most people are not aware of this gem but they are missing out! Yesterday I was hungry for a good salad but sadly there are not many options on this side of Tyler. Decided to check out this place and I was impressed! Salad was super fresh and I’d venture to say best homemade ranch in town! My friend had the mushroom/swiss burger and she literally inhaled it! Customer service was above & beyond! We will definitely be back and soon!“
