Placed a Togo order at 2:58 pm on the website. Website said it would be ready at 3:14. Well driving through Tyler traffic we get here about 3:24 and we are still waiting on our food at 3:43 almost an hour after placing the order.
We love our Tyler Freebirds! The food is great! But what makes it extra special is the employees. Everyone is mind and patient and helps us watch our for our kid’s food allergies. We leave full and happy every time!
Guy was sweeping floor then went directly to the grill and flipped the meat then turned to serving line.. all without washing his hands. Very unsanitary.
