“the atmosphere in this restaurant is such a vibe. they have some of the best servers. very attentive and on point. some of the most delicious ramen I've ever had on top of their sushi is just phenomenal. my favorite is the takoyaki October balls I just can't get enough of it. everything so far I've had here has been amazing and I can't recommended enough. Mikotos has my heart and my stomach.“

“A day late posting this because I just got out of the ER and I’m feeling much better.

Yesterday My son and I came to Kawa to enjoy dinner, but on my second bite of calamari, I had a very scary choking emergency. I’m so sorry to everyone who was there for the commotion.

The three staff members in the photo, along with a couple of other guests nearby, immediately rushed to help. They took turns performing the Heimlich maneuver, and one of them was finally able to dislodge the food. They called 911, brought me ice and ice packs, stayed with me, and made sure both my son and I were okay. They were calm, caring, and incredibly kind throughout the whole experience, and never made me feel embarrassed.

Thank you to Kawa’s amazing staff and management. I wasn’t able to stay and enjoy my meal because I had to leave for emergency, but I’ll never forget your kindness and quick actions. I’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy the food properly.“
