My husband and I have been regulars for years....once a week on average. Please invest in a new ice cream machine asap!! .It's what makes you special. Seems lately every time we go we are disappointed to see there is no ice cream available. I am sure this is hurting your business.
So I am at Jason’s right now and I ordered my food at 6:24 pm and I didn’t get my food till almost 7 o’clock and there is five tables in here right now, and my potato is cold, will never come in here again, as they only had one guy delivering food while everybody else stood around talking, while the manager stood around with them. Very poor service to be honest, as you can tell from my pictures they were not busy, at one point a couple left because they waited so long too...read full review
So, twice recently I ordered from the soup menu for my evening meal. Both times I was served food that was lukewarm at best. I took my food to the front and asked them to warm it for me. When I asked why the food is only lukewarm, the staff told me that it had been sitting out all day, as though what else could I expect. It’s very concerning to me that Jason’s would serve food that’s been “sitting out all day.”
