Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent...read full review
