A few months ago I place an order. Pull up to pick up my order and they had given it to someone else. Things happen. Today I call at 413 to place an order thinking by the time I make it to Tyler it would be ready. I call back 10 mins later to add to my order. I expected that I would have to wait another 10 minutes or ao when I get there. No problem. I pull up and pay. They tell me its a few more minutes on my other pizza and to pull around to the door. Holding a pizza flat to deliver is evidently not common knowledge. Mazzios response is to pass the buck to Door Dash but since we ordered through their app and have a receipt from Mazzios Door Dash says its their issue, will NEVER EVER use Mazzios again!!!
We just had pizzas delivered sideways! 7 pizzas completely ruined. Apparently Mazzios contracts with doordash and now refuses to correct the error. We ordered directly through Mazzios website, not doordash, so it should be Mazzios responsibility to correct the problem. Unacceptable!
