First time trying this location and the male server was stressed out working the line. The customer in front of me was being specific on two different bowls they were getting & he was getting frustrated because of their choices. When it was my turn ordering two bowls; he was the same way. He was like a "hurry up" and say what you want attitude. Smh. Overpriced definitely. Will try the Forum location next time & review. Not the usual Chipotle experience here. I got a chicken burrito, and it was overly salty. My burrito bowl also seemed lighter than usual. I would avoid this location; the food quality is that of Taco Bell’s.
First impression is everything and as I walk in the door surrounded by cars I see that it is LOCKED with no sign. Staff are laughing and motioning for me to use the side entrance. Max the server was kind enough and clean when prepping the food. DAWN the manager kept walking in his way asking if he needed help and he did not.
