Based on the reviews, Tia’s Tex-Mex BBQ in Valley View TX has incredibly delicious food and exceptional service. The combo fajitas for 2 come with plenty of food, and a margarita goes perfect. The brisket flautas are the BEST thing ever eaten, and the smoked Texas Twinkie’s are a favorite. The meat is cooked over a wood fire with amazing quality, including buttery guacamole, spicy salsa, and great desserts. The atmosphere is very friendly, with wonderful staff who are a lot of fun. Service is spot on, fast, and efficient, and there is even a drive thru for pick up.
