“Omg! I had the 3 meat plate with 2 sides plus 2 extra sides. Brisket, sausage and pulled pork. Sides were cream corn, fried taters with onions and peppers, tater salad, and mac and cheese. It also came with Texas toast. Sweet tea to drink. I ate ALL of it except I only ate half of the tater salad because I was STUFFED! Very good vittles. I have been an over the road trucker for 33 years. Saw Soulman's off I-30 near Dallas for years. Never stopped. I decided to stop at the Van, Tx. location. I'm glad I did. WILL definitely be stopping again. Thanks for good eats!“
