I needed a quick, drive-thru-style breakfast that wasn’t your typical greasy fast food. The service was fast, and the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in a hurry but still want something fresh and tasty.
I ordered the chorizo and egg burrito and the red chilaquiles and it was AMAZING! I love chilaquiles that are not soggy and these were nice and crunchy. The burrito was also very filling; a good amount for the price. The salsas are also very tasty and she modified the red salsa to make it spicier for us.
The cook also came out to check up on us as we were eating and she was extremely nice.

I recently visited from Austin and stopped by Maria’s to try one of her burritos. The energy which she served us with was very refreshing to say the least and the food was amazing. This is my new go-to place when I’m in town, thank you Maria.
