“I just had Popeyes in Port Arthur that was so bad it made me grateful for the experiences we’ve had with this particular Churches. We’ve always received great customer service and great tasting food. The mashed potatoes are far more superb than what I just ate at Popeyes. They never forget to put the sauces in the bag. I know they tend to have an issue with their ordering speaker but that’s not really in the control of the employees that work there. Sometimes the wait is a little long but we can clearly see everyone in the kitchen working diligently. It’s never because they’re just standing around doing nothing.“

“My husband drove up to the window at 8:36 pm tonight to order and was informed that they were not taking orders. my husband then asked what time do they close and was rudely informed right now then the woman shut the window in his face. I understand things happens but the hours of operation are 10 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. This is absolutely ridiculous to treat customers this way period. No sense at all.“
