Good food, but not differentiated. Incredibly hotel and atmosphere, but felt the overall pricing per the food outcome was a bit too much. An enjoyable dinner and something different for the Waco area.
The atmosphere and drink selection was great, but they definitely need some more hands at the bar. The poor bartender was by herself, in the dark, and clearly new. It took 30 minutes for us to get 4 cocktails. She was only able to make 1 at a time and had to keep running back and forth for glasses. I felt terrible for her and hope Bertie’s management improves her working experience.
