Food was a bit disappointing, not as much flavor as I expected. Chips and salsa, chips were bottom of the plate, all small pieces. Had soda, didn't get any refills. Will try again might have just been a bad night.
The food at this chain restaurant is typical Tex-mex food, although some of the entrees prepared by this particular restaurant were very good, specifically the Spinach-poblano enchiladas. The red salsa is lacking in taste and is watery, although the green salsa is good. The service was outstanding at the Waco restaurant with the wait-persons being very attentive and very timely in taking the orders and checking back with the diners. Good food, authentic. It was pretty slow when we went, so it was quiet. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we knew what was being ordered, considering it was authentic. True mexican cheese echiladas, delicious! Drink was good as well and tasted just as fresh as it looked!
