“I really didn’t want to write a review but within the last year service has really gone down hill.
(Previous staff back around 2023 was amazing nice and fast)
I usually place my order online I know the estimated time is just a guess but I always give an adequate amount of time before arriving. This is the 2nd time I have arrived and my food was not ready. Example, ordered food at 1153am estimated time for it to be done 1215pm. I arrived at 1225pm. My food was not ready. It was sitting in a line of other sandwiches that had come after my order from walk-ins. They really need to come up with a new process or hire people who are specially set to online orders. I will say today y’all had one chick that moved like a sloth. Like I swear her only speed was slow. I’m sure all the other employees know who she is so I’ll leave out a description. Not giving this location a Low star review cause I love the food but whoever owns this franchise really needs to under cover boss this location soon cause things need to change before it loses customers.“
“It was ok but it wasn't all that. A lot of miscommunications going on. The food was alright but could have been better, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Was my first time going here. Cashier acted like he didn't know what he was doing and just left the register and sent someone else to check me out who was trying to charge me again for my order. It was an ok experience. I might go back another day for a second opinion and a different item on the menu just to make sure If I was right or not about my first experience. I'll be commenting again soon.“
