Absolutely horrible experience for delivery. We placed our order through the La Madeleine app, and La Madeleine contracts with a third-party delivery service to have our order brought to us. Over 1.5 hours later our order is still isn’t here and La Madeleine has no clue who the delivery service is or what to do about it and they blamed it on us and made it our burden to figure out the delivery.
