“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

There’s so much to love about this bakery, apart from the to-die-for brownies and holiday options, but it’s SO much more than brownies. A local bakery, who cares about their community? I’ll never be able to bake, and I’ve accepted that, but it’s because of people and places like Bittersweet bakery that our community is a place people want to live! “I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Always had great service and decent food. Except for the hash browns...... I meet up with some of my vet/motorcycle/hot rod buddies on Sunday mornings. We get treated like Hollywood stars. But one of the best parts is Bella. Not only does she remember our orders in detail without writing it down, she is just an absolute pleasure to deal with. That is not to say we do not like the rest of the staff. She is just the favorite. @Caleb is a close second!!! Lastly, B&G is more than just a food joint. It is a community gathering spot. Seems like every time I go there, I see people I know from the area. Heidi has really turned this place into a gathering spot. Peace and continued prosperity.....“
