“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

“Bittersweet is phenomenal. If you’re not from waxahachie (like us), it’s an absolute treat! There’s so much to love about this bakery, apart from the to-die-for brownies and holiday options, but it’s SO much more than brownies. A local bakery, who cares about their community? You have customers for life in us, no matter what you sell! 🫶🏻Businesses like that are hard to come by.. The owner even shares her recipes and does classes! I’ll never be able to bake, and I’ve accepted that, but it’s because of people and places like Bittersweet bakery that our community is a place people want to live!
