we had, alcohol filled banana foster and plain food. The owner refused to give the $500 back, when we had a $40 meal. That’s a thief. He shouldn’t be in business. Bad quality of customer service actually no customer service, extremely bad customer service.
Tried it for the first time, love the ease of it and the atmosphere. Food came out looking and tasting great. Will definitely be back
Been coming to Celebrity Diner and Bakery for years and I absolutely recommend it 100%! The staff from walk in to ordering is always friendly and helpful! Food is absolutely delicious! My fave is the biscuits and gravy (big fluffy biscuits) blueberry waffles (real blueberries)! But all their food is amazing and cooked fresh!

Based on the reviews, Celebrity Diner and Bakery is a little diner in downtown Waxahachie, across from the courthouse. It is a no frills sort of place with a warm, cozy vibe. The food is wonderful and excellent. Customers get their food pretty fast, and it comes hot and fresh. Specific meals mentioned include the Benedict omelet, Nutella pancakes, and one pancake with fruit and a side of bacon. The portions are big; one pancake is so big it can be split. The potatoes have comino seasoning. The display case of pastries is a work of beauty. The price is a tad on the high side for one meal at $18, and the portion was small for one customer. The diner is busy but rarely crowded except Saturday and Sunday mornings. The service is good, though one customer noted a server was openly eating behind the counter. This place is outstanding and a masterclass in freshness and recipes.
