I have never had a bad experience nor food at any JM but I honesty think this is the best one in DFW. Food, service and staff are always on point.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a very good and brand new store. The store is clean and efficient. The manager and crew are fantastic, great, nice, professional, and accommodating. They make the sandwiches to perfection and take care of customers with gluten allergies from start to finish. The team provides great customer service, and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Customers can place big orders for their office or a decent size order online for a staff meeting, and the team is easy to work with, making last minute changes. Orders are ready for pickup early, even during their lunch rush, and one of the ladies insisted on walking the order out to the car. The sub was really good, the service, food quality, and speed are perfect, and every order was correct. It is the only sandwich shoppe frequented in Waxahachie, and it is just as good and correct when delivered. Customers will definitely return.
