The Waxahachie location is horrible. You guys served me cold coffee one morning and I should have known from that experience that this store has no customer respect. cold coffee?!
Additionally, the food is never hot or fresh just blah. Their fries are oversalted and I don't believe I've had a fresh batch which is sad since McDonald's allegedly has the best...not this location.

Manger Diane is so rude I waited over an 1 hr stone cold food. After receiving cold food I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive my 5 drinks when I asked for a refund she said no closed the window and walked off. I need my money back and to talk to Some one above her about my experience at your restaurant tonight.
