Had an order for Red Oak Mighty Hawk Band for breakfast before competition. Kids were at the school at 7 am rehearsing for 2 hours. Food was supposed to be here @9:45, and never showed. We have 6 busses full of hungry students going to competition without breakfast and have to compete.
Went through the drive through along with the other 6 cars behind me. We had a 20 minute wait because the person in the front ordered 2 dozen tacos. Your staff did not ask them to move up while they worked on the order. This way they could have taken care of the rest of us so we could get to work. They could have asked that person to come in when they had their order ready. So many options, but they decided to inconvenience the rest of the people in line.
