Cannot say enough good things about Mi Casa! We were traveling through Waxahachie on our way back to Austin, where we eat plenty of Mexican food, and found Mi Casa. The excellent reviews on here are accurate. The food was very, very good. Flavorful and fresh. We ordered the steak fajitas (very tender), chimichanga and the burrito. We visited this restaurant after only being open a week and it was really good. I had salmon with pico and rice. My husband had beef fajitas. The salsa was good. They have a really cute bar area too.
Happened to drive by and see this new place. Very busy and lots of people which is a good sign. Service was fantastic; drinks, chips, salsa was constantly refilled. Three of us all ordered something different and all very happy with our food. Owner was very friendly and sincere. We will definitely be returning.
