Great taste and portions big enough to take home for a lunch. BBQ holds its own without the need for BBQ sauce and that's the Texan standard. Great enviroment! Attentive wait staff. The company I work for usually gets sandwiches and bags of chips on Saturdays for the staff. Nice stop on US 287! Laura, did an AWESOME JOB!
We had them cater for over 100 people. We had them service sliders, jalapeños and sides. We had many compliments on how good it was. We thank them for pulling off great catering and great food for a good price. We had a lot leftovers so they made a lot of food for their price. We ended up with enough to donate to another event following day. So if you need an event catered call Blue Bonnet BBQ
The flavor of the brisket was good but, it was mostly fat and the turkey seemed processed and not smoked. I ordered 1 1/4 pound of combined beef & turkey which was not worth $32 and then no sauce I guess that is extra and I would have paid for some. Food seems different last few times.

The ribs are moist and tasty, and the sides like mac and cheese and cole slaw have been noted to fall short. The staff is friendly and helpful, with waitresses who know a lot about the menu. The atmosphere is open and spacious, with sports on TV, making it kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Don't miss out on their perfect brisket and amazing mustard BBQ sauce, and make sure to save room for their best key lime pie. Prices are great, and two people could easily split a 2-3 meat plate. After a few visits, customers now realize how good this place truly is, making it worth the trip.
