Good food :) good customer service too !
Dine in at High Point NC. 1st time. Watched 2 employees look at me at the order counter and said or did nothing, then finally someone took my order. Nice young man and he brought the food to me. But, the tea tastes like cleaner, burger was tasteless and fries taste stale. Never going back..
Used the drive thru in Tucson as, and got raw chicken sandwiches, when we complained and asked for a refund they said no and didn’t correct the order. Escalated it to corporate offfice with no response , so we reported it to the local health department

Whataburger is a popular spot with good food and decent service. The parking lot might have some issues, but the staff are amazing. The burgers are very good, and the environment is quiet and clean. The store is kept clean and service is friendly. The managers and owner are doing everything they can to get customers their delicious Whataburger as fast as they can, even when it gets busy from the rushes, especially from the nearby movie theater and city sports complex. It's an excellent place to eat.
