Good food :) good customer service too !
Slow, inaccurate, rude, and slow again. I have been here maybe 3-4 times when I visit relatives in the area and disappointed every time at the speed of service. A minimum of 20+ minute wait time every time. This time I compelled to write about it primarily due to the rudeness I experienced in addition to this extended wait. I ordered via app for my lunch break(maybe around 2p), received my food 22 mins past the promised time, inside there were 3 cooks stumbling amongst themselves....read full review

Whataburger is a popular spot with good food and decent service. The parking lot might have some issues, but the staff are amazing. The burgers are very good, and the environment is quiet and clean. The store is kept clean and service is friendly. The managers and owner are doing everything they can to get customers their delicious Whataburger as fast as they can, even when it gets busy from the rushes, especially from the nearby movie theater and city sports complex. It's an excellent place to eat.
