My daughter declared their boba tea as the best she's ever tasted, and the Korean corndogs were a hit with the whole family. The Japanese cheesecake and mango cake were delightful (see photos in the Comments below), perfectly balancing sweetness without being overwhelming. They also have adorable Sanrio merchandise, adding an extra layer of charm to the experience. The warm and friendly atmosphere, coupled with the tastefully decorated and clean space, made our experience memorable. We stumbled upon this gem while searching for boba tea, and now we can't wait to explore the rest of the menu, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches. Before we even left HERO CHA, my daughters were already declaring their desire to return again and again. The combination of outstanding service, delectable food, delightful ambiance, and charming Sanrio merchandise had won over our hearts. It’s rare to find a place that leaves such a lasting impression, but HERO CHA managed to do just that. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and making it a regular stop in our outings. 🥰“

The bobba pearls are so fresh made in there and they have a variety of flavors, non-dairy milk, you can adjust the level of sugar, and the employees are always super nice and quick in preparing your order. The place is also very clean and I sometimes use the tables to come and work while drinking my milk tea.
Before they existed I used to go to Pho Central to get my Bobby teas, now Idint even like the boba from Pho Central because I realized another place can do way better flavor-wise.“

“I typically love taro milk teas from most place but it is Extremely sweet here, so be prepared to ask for half sugar. Most of our drinks we bought were all sweet, we ended up throwing it away after drinking a quarter of each of our drinks. Besides the sweetness, it’s a decent spot to grab a drink while walking the mall. It’s quite hot where it’s at though, it’s right under the windowed roof.“

“Excellent gem for the area. Main highlight is grilled bbq eel which I had never had before. Serving size on a regular bowl is usually half the bowl depending on your toppings and appetite. Main negative is their pickled options are lacking - never been to a Poke place without pickled cabbage. Price is hard to argue with. Protein portions can be underwhelming depending on who makes your bowl. Strongly recommend this place if you like fish.“

I have always gone here since I was little and especially since it is very local to me. This place has so many different drinks to offer but best of all Boba. The Boba tastes so good and chewy like no other that I have tasted. I have tried tapioca from different places but no place sticks to me like this one. It tastes so fresh and best of all doesn’t taste fake. The customer service is fast and great. The people don’t treat you like a customer but like family they are so kind and welcoming when you go there.
